Returns & Refunds Policy
Policy Details
You can request a return or exchange for your item within 7 days from the date you received it. Merchandise that is unworn and unwashed can be returned for a refund or exchange. For all returns / exchanges, please contact us by email first. if return or exchange is approved, include the purchased item, along with proof of purchase.
Exeptions: Items that can’t be returned include: Discounted / Sale Items, Skateboards.
Shipping Fees
We do not refund original shipping fees or cover return costs for return / exchange requests . We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
Exceptions: Rotten Society will cover shipping fees when Items are damaged and/or defective.
Restocking Fees
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
Exceptions: Rotten Society does not charge a restocking fee if: Items are damaged and / or defective.
Process Details
To return your purchase from Rotten Society, place the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, along with proof of purchase. Please email us using the contact page for smoother processing.
Refund Details
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Rotten Society will process your return. Please allow at least 7 business days to process your return. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Rotten Society will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
